the location was central. the hotel presented itself very well. the staff stored our bags so i could explore before check-in, a nice service. the room had a convenient layout.
the rooftop and pool close at 7pm every day, this felt inconvenient.
the breakfast included a huge variety of high-quality products. the staff was very professional at breakfast. the location is great for walking to sites and shopping.
the spa was not good for the price (i expected more). the sauna was not very hot. the mini fitness area had only a treadmill and a stepper.

the location was superb being right on plaza mayor i could easily walk to many attractions the air conditioning in my room worked efficiently maintaining a comfortable temperature despite the outside heat the breakfast had a great variety and selection of items i appreciated the prompt service and overall cleanliness of the hotel.
the rooftop pool closes early at 7pm and opens late at 11am which limits swimming times.

The breakfast menu was acceptable. The location let me watch the buzz of the square, but the room was sound proofed when I closed the balcony doors.
The rooftop and pool close at 7pm. It is very inconvenient. They also don't open until 11am so I could not go for a morning swim. The TV and phone in my room were broken.
